Hardware Solutions Ltd are dedicated to providing total satisfaction with all the products we supply. If you have any suggestions or comments please email us.

We accept all major credit cards and cheques (cheques must usually be cleared before goods are dispatched). Orders may be placed via our on-line catalogue, by fax or by telephone. VAT is charged at the standard national rate where applicable. All cheques should be made payable to "Hardware Solutions Ltd". 

Stock items will normally be delivered within 3 working days, ex-stock products may take a little longer, please contact us for a more precise delivery time.
If any items are out of stock (we endeavour to highlight these in the online catalogue) we will notify you as soon as possible and give an estimated time of delivery. A valid signature from your household or business will be required by a person 18 years or older. You will then become the owner of the items and Hardware Solutions Ltd will no longer be liable for their loss or destruction. 

Postage & Packaging
We make a competitive delivery charge directly relating to our shipping costs. Where possible, we will suggest alternative (more economic) arrangements for larger orders. 

Your goods are covered by the manufacturers guarantee and should reach you in perfect condition, if however they are not please contact us with the details. 

Product Detail
Many of our products carry additional technical details, if you require any specific information about one of our products please let us know. Where applicable we will carry out a site survey to best evaluate your requirements.

Returns Policy
At Hardware Solutions we guarantee to send you the best products possible and will inspect everything carefully before it leaves us to make sure it's in tip top condition. We also do our utmost to package and protect everything so that it doesn't get damaged on its way. However, if you do have a problem, please contact us.

Incorrect Goods
If we sent you something you hadn't ordered and which was not a substitute item, return it within 28 working days unused and in its original packaging and you will not be charged.

Damaged in Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit you can return it within 28 days and either get a replacement or a refund. Please make sure you give us your order number and return the item in its original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive a product that is defective, you can return it within 28 days and either get a replacement or a refund. Please make sure you give us your order number and return the item in its original packaging. If the product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.

You can return anything you're not happy with within 7 days of receiving it provided it's not something you've tried out and not liked! The analogy would be buying a dress, wearing it for a party and then deciding you no longer want it!

To cancel an order, please drop us an e-mail with details of the order you are cancelling. We will not pay the costs of returning an item to us.

Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return items.

To get a full refund, simply return the item to us in its original condition, in its original packaging within 28 days of cancellation.
If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
